　　It is understood that Zhangzhou Hongxiangji Food Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is a key export-oriented food company in our city, integrating product research and development, production, and sales. Recently, the company encountered difficulties in the construction of a new project. All the building units in the early stage of the new project were handled in the same construction permit. Currently, some building units have been completed ahead of schedule. The company hopes that the production workshops that have been completed ahead of schedule can be accepted and put into production as soon as possible to seize market share and reduce financial pressure. However, due to historical reasons in the early stage, the overall joint acceptance cannot be carried out later, and it needs to wait until the entire building complex is completed before joint acceptance can be carried out.
　　In order to help enterprises overcome difficulties, the Longwen District Government Service Center actively intervened and coordinated according to the project type and enterprise needs, trying every means to clear all obstacles in the "completion and immediate production" of the project. The special team for key project services will track and guide the owner to carry out preliminary work, hold on-site exchange meetings, and effectively solve the problem of applicants running back and forth. A problem feedback and resolution mechanism will be established with the project owner to record and handle problems encountered by the project owner during project implementation in real time, minimizing the owner's time and economic costs.

　　Lead the organization of members from the District Development and Reform Bureau, District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, District Natural Resources Bureau, and District Ecology and Environment Bureau to hold a joint acceptance coordination meeting for the project's "completion and immediate production", and put forward executable solutions. For the special case of Hongxiangji's modern intelligent food production base project, where all building units in the early stage were handled in the same construction permit, the Longwen District Government Service Center actively coordinated and organized the District Natural Resources Bureau, District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and other departments to take the initiative, go deep into the front line, conduct on-site office work, and coordinate the implementation of separate and batch joint acceptance of the project under the confirmation of quality, safety, and safe use conditions, avoiding affecting the enterprise's production efficiency. Finally, under the premise of ensuring production safety and meeting quality and technical requirements, various departments adopted the method of separate and separate joint acceptance, successfully allowing the project's Workshop 1, Workshop 2, and Workshop 3 to complete "completion and immediate production" on October 13, 2023.
